Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits.

I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button.
